Services and Fees

Labor Doula

 

-  Unlimited phone/text support from the signing of the contract

-  2-3 Prenatal Appointments

-  24/7 phone/text support during “on call” time, 38 weeks until birth. 

-  Continual support throughout labor, birth, and immediate postpartum 

-  2 Postpartum appointments

    Labor Doula fee - $1,000

 

  - First half due at signing of contract, second half due by 38 weeks

  - Flexible payment plans available. 
 

Postpartum Doula

 

-  Support in breastfeeding or bottle feeding

-  Education and support in basic newborn care

-  Light housework and simple meal prep

-  Care for baby while you care for yourself

-  Providing non-judgemental emotional support and answering questions 

-  Providing resources and referrals if necessary

Postpartum Doula Packages   

 

Welcome Home - $150*

- Four hours upon arrival home from the hospital or birth center, or when midwives leave after a home birth. Help get you settled, set up and organize your space, set up baby’s sleep space, tidy up as needed, prepare a quick meal, run out for any supplies, etc. 

* $120 if added to Labor or other Postpartum services.   


Daytime care - 4 hour shifts, flexible hours depending on family's needs.  

-  3 days/week - $360

-  4 days/week - $480

-  5 days/week - $600

​

Overnight care - 8 hour shifts, 9pm-5am. Up to 4 nights/week.

-  2 nights -  $640

-  5 nights -  $1,600

- 10 nights - $3,200

​

Sibling Doula 

 

- up to 16 hours** of continuous care during labor - $500

 *Additional hours added as needed at $25/hour. 

​

-  Focus on preparing the older sibling to become a big brother or sister!

-  1-2 hour “get to know you” appointment before the big day

-  Continual care during labor and immediate postpartum
-  Maintain child’s daily routine - feeding, sleep, etc. 

-  Special activities, crafts, etc 

-  Include child in helping set up/get ready for baby’s arrival

-  Light cleaning/tidying, meal prep, etc

​** Unused hours may be used postpartum during the first week. 

​

Newborn Care Basics Class 

 

- Private, in-home class. Covers the basics of newborn care, safety, feeding, and health and wellness - $150*

* $125 if added to other Doula services
